Job Responsibilities:
· Represent the company as the technical person to internal & external customers and partners in the assigned geographical region
· Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and internal sales team, handling customer NDA and sample request
· Collect customers’ feedback and provide recommendation to customer for design requirements, product enhancements and capture new product opportunities
· Responsible for identifying and clarifying any technical issues related to new or existing products, and clearly communicate findings to the respective business unit
· Hands-on technical support to customers, documenting problems, and suggesting solutions
· Report design, reliability and functional problems to the appropriate groups within company & associate groups and work to solve problems
Requirements:
· Degree in Engineering (Electronics) or equivalent
· 2~5 years of technical customer support experience in semiconductor industry
· Field experience or hands-on practice or knowledge of multi-disciplinary system design and development
· Knowledge of Smart Card, RFID and microcontroller products; knowledge of physical access control and the security industry is desirable
· Experience with or knowledge of one or more of: CCD, CMOS image sensors, image capture, video standards, image processing
