Hexadius is looking for Business Analysts with minimum 5 (five) years of relevant work experience. Relevant experience may come from working with a consultancy or end user organization.
The Identity & Access Management (‘IAM’) Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analysing them and designing a functional design of the proposed IAM solution for various IAM projects delivered by Hexadius to its clients.
Some of the day-to-day duties include:
- Gather and documenting functional/ business requirements for IAM implementation covering various IAM functionalities such as user lifecycle management, access request, policy management, password management, PAM integration, Single Sign On/ Multi Factor Authentication, Role Based Access Control, etc
- Analysing business requirements and defining a functional design for IAM solution
- Documenting to-be process flows for the above IAM functionalities
- Develop IAM implementation roadmap
- Assist clients with various options for IAM functionalities and explaining pros/ cons for various options and communicate various aspects of best practice IAM process designs and methodologies
- Identify IAM project KPIs
- Review IAM technical design documents for compliance and alignment with functional. business requirements
- Prepare user manuals for implemented IAM solution
- Develop training plan
- Prepare training slides and conduct end user trainings for implemented IAM solution
- Develop test plan
- Document test scripts based on the agreed business requirements
