Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Sales Development Manager to lead the SDR team in Asia & ANZ, who is passionate about leading hard-working SDRs, developing competitive strategies that consistently grow the top of the funnel, and partner closely with the field leaders. Insights on Impact:

  • Operate as a Sales Development leader towards our strategic objectives and performance achievement for the SDRs.
  • Be a good Coach/Mentor to the SDRs especially on pipeline generating best practices.
  • Monitor lead processes, metrics, and accelerate pipeline creation.
  • Report operational and financial KPIs to leadership both with Sales Development and Field Sales leaders.
  • Motivate, incentivise, and recognise team members to encourage top performance.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new SDR team members to support global expansion.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with each SDR.

Your Qualifications:

  • To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills.
  • 5+ years as SDR/BDR (Sales Development/Business Development Rep) or Inside sales experience, preferably at an SaaS / Enterprise software company.
  • 2+ years of management experience leading SDR or Sales teams.
  • Having OUTBOUND experience is preferable besides Inbound.
  • Experience in Enterprise selling motion.
  • Solid track-record of successfully managing a high performing team.
  • Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical & comfortable generating reports and identifying trends in data.
  • Familiarity with technology such as SFDC, Outreach, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, Outlook, and Sales Navigator is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Adept at introducing, training, and implementing activity metrics.
