Lions Home is looking for a Corporate Communications Executive to assist in marketing and communications efforts for fundraising and to build strategic relations for the organisation. The position will report to the Assistant Manager, Corporate Affairs Department.

We are seeking a social media professional to join the Corporate Communications team. In this role, you will take on our social media portfolio, enhancing Lions Home For The Elders’ online presence through the development and implementation of content initiatives. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will promote the brand name of Lions Home For The Elders to build brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and produce engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc), including identifying/creating visual materials, copywriting, scheduling and posting
  • Coordinate and plan social media calendar, assist in managing and maintaining social media accounts including content planning, photography, videography, editing and reporting
  • Develop and implement content strategies and social media campaigns to drive brand awareness
  • Monitor and analyse performance of our social media platforms and campaigns; prepare reports
  • Work with internal teams to design and produce engage digital content (eDMs, videos, social media posts, etc) to promote campaigns and events
  • Perform any other related duties assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedln etc.
  • Possess good communication and comprehension skills.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Possess good interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to multitask and possess skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
  • Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in graphic design, video editing and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, Capcut, etc.
