Order Coordination and Administrative Support Assistant

We are looking for an Order Coordination and Administrative Support Assistant to join our team and ensure efficient order processing and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and liaise with the service team to accurately and promptly process customer orders based on work orders.
  • Maintain effective daily contact with customers and vendors to keep them updated on business activities.
  • Provide administrative sales support to the sales team to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Handle shipping and forwarding documents, ensuring accurate operations coordination.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Manage purchase orders (PO), issue delivery orders (DO), invoices, and related documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports to track business activities.
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in order processing or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with shipping operations.

Requirements:

  • With Diploma or Higher in related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in related working experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
