Part-Time Retail Ambassadors are responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information.

Part-Time Retail Ambassadors' responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills
- Providing clear information and advice on shoe fitting for walk-in customers
- Ensure customers have a positive experience purchasing in-store
- Keeping the retail display shelves stocked with merchandise
- Regular stocktaking to ensure that inventory is up-to-date
- Packing online purchases and liaising with courier for deliveries
- Keeping the retail boutique and stock room clean and tidy
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is not a must, but is definitely a bonus
- The ability to communicate with warmth, energy and sincerity
- A genuine interest in others
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Trustworthy and responsible
Remuneration
- Hourly base salary + attractive retail sales commission
Minimum Working Hours
- Part-Time Retail Ambassadors must commit to at least 1 weekday shift (12.00pm - 8.00pm) and 1 weekend shift (11.00am - 8.00pm) each week
