Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Prior experience in call centre environment would be a plus!
Tasks & responsibilities
- Receiving and handling cases via incoming phone calls from members of public
- Follow up with customer cases as needed via outbound phone call
- Escalate and log personal details during urgent case matters and ensure maximum customer satisfaction and work efficiency
- Admin duties as assigned by backend supervisor
