Job Responsibilities
- Compile and breakdown contract negotiation language changes preferable using any AI to track and consolidate contract language between original vs. revised.
- Other general support includes planning and purchasing such emailing, communicate with supplier for commit date, generate report, etc.
- Any other general task assigned by the purchasing & planning supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- Min. 1 to 3 years' experience in purchasing and planning.
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese as this role will involve liaising with mandarin-speaking suppliers.
- Able to work effectively and independently under pressure.
- Able to meet deadlines and has strong follow up skills.
- Detail oriented and high degree of accuracy.
