Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer's enquiries, purchases, troubleshoot, and support customers' complaints & feedback.
- Establish/Identify new sales opportunities, secure sales to achieve individual sales targets.
- Perform stock replenishment and housekeeping duties to ensure the products are well merchandised, store/ showroom is clean and tidy.
- Follow up on customer orders to ensure proper installations and setup & assist where necessary.
- Responsible to report store and market situation and product competition.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements: -
- 1 - 2 years working experience as promoter or in the retail sector.
- Experience in a similar capacity within the Consumer Audio or IT industry is an added advantage.
- Proactive & Sales Oriented with desire to achieve.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing and friend personality, enjoy interacting with customers.
- Able to work independently.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emailing be internet savvy.
- Meticulous and HIGHLY responsible individuals.
