Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales of power semiconductor products, assist the Sales Leader in executing marketing strategies, and achieve both individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and expand new markets, develop customer relationships, and promote products by distributing samples to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely payments and smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAE) to resolve technical issues in customer product applications.
- Secure customer orders, manage sales contracts, and oversee the execution of contracts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze market and industry insights, conduct research on new product opportunities, and support the introduction of innovative products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of power semiconductor products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Goal-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with sales processes, contract management, and market research.
