We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive the sales and marketing efforts for Bosch Pro Sound and Conference Systems. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners and customers, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of Installed Sound and Conference Systems and experience in managing multiple channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and marketing activities for Pro Sound and Conference Systems within Bosch BT-CO in Singapore, Myanmar, and Cambodia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, customers, and clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies with channel partners to drive revenue growth.
- Plan and execute new product launches, including NPI events and joint events with partners.
- Represent the interests of BT-CO for EV Pro Sound and Bosch Conference Systems.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth through effective partner channel management.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing sales support and understanding customer needs.
- Generate sales proposals, quotations, and provide accurate sales reporting to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regional Product Marketing, to develop product launch strategies, NPIs, and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with partners, distributors, and dealers to set sales targets, incentives, and design training programs.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools to enhance customer relationships and sales processes.
- Provide export sales support within the regional cluster, including Myanmar and Cambodia.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales or marketing within an Installed Sound environment.
- Strong technical competency in producing basic designs and Bill of Materials for Pro Sound and Conference Systems based on customer requirements.
- Prior knowledge in AV and Installed Sound systems is highly advantageous.
- Experience in managing multiple channel partners to grow Pro Sound business.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Audio-Video, or Media-related disciplines.
- Industry certifications (Avixa, Dante, Ease, CCNA, etc.) are an added advantage.
- Strategic thinking, planning, and ability to handle conflicts and set priorities.
- Professional appearance with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships and networks.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical knowledge of Pro-Audio and Installed Sound, including an understanding of customer requirements and translating those into product recommendations.
- Experience with channel partner management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong strategic planning, organization, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
