Job Summary: Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is a customer-facing position that requires you to manage the entire order life-cycle processes and you are responsible for supporting the Sales team across the global region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Sales Team, manage order acceptance procedures and organize feedback to the production planning department, follow up production and inventory situation timely;
2. Handle internal sales processes, apply for shipments and coordinate warehouse delivery;
3. Work with relevant departments to generate monthly reports for internal;
4. Maintain good communication with customers, follow up on customer issues and handle disputes as and when necessary;
5. Confirm receipt and shipment status, reconcile accounts with customers, and guarantee of payment on time;
6. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
2.Familiar with sales business processes (accepting orders, following up on orders) is preferred.
3. Familiar with MS office software.
4. Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, business processing abilities and teamwork.
