[Job Description]
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team. The successful candidate will support our installation team in the delivery and setup of AV systems, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients in the region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the audio-visual installation industry in the region.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Assist in the delivery/installation of AV systems, including home theaters, karaoke systems, and other audio-visual equipment.
- Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for installations.
- Support lead installers in handling, positioning, and securing AV components.
- Perform routine checks and testing of equipment during installation to ensure functionality.
- Provide on-site support to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the installation process.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
[Qualifications]
- Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment and systems (previous experience preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift and handle equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in AV technology.
[Preferred Experience]
-1-2 years of experience
- Previous experience in AV installation, IT, or a related field.
- Technical training or certifications in AV systems or related technology is a plus.
