Job Description:
- Handling daily enquiries and escalations received from the public via emails and phone calls
- Handing daily sorting/triaging of incoming cases from public
- Support the team’s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required
Requirements:
- Min O level qualification
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Pleasant character/personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented
Working Hours: 8.30am -6pm [Mon – Thurs] and 8.30am -5.30pm [Fri]
Salary: $2100 to $2500
Location: Maxwell Road
Contract Period: 6 months with an option to extend 6 months
