Job Scope:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for assigned projects.
- Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of assigned projects.
- Conduct risk, value management, and cost control.
- Perform cost analysis, procurement strategy, and cost planning.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Assess and certify progress claims and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
Job requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in recognised by Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences in quantity surveying.
- Must be member with Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers.
