Job Responsibilities
• Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels
• Pursue new sales prospects, negotiating and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty for repeated sales
• Respond to telephone / online catering enquiries
• Handle sales calls and customer service, including responding to emails
• Assist clients in menu selection and proposal
• Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
• Actively brainstorming or creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
• Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering
• Coordinate with internal food production and logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of catering events
• Assisting the Manager in Marketing strategic planning of an organisation
• Any other ah-doc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least O Level
• Meticulous and able to think of solutions to problems
• Good communicating skills in both oral and writing
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Drive
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Fast learner and passion for sales and customer service
• Self-motivated with results-driven approach
• Able to start immediately
