Responsibilities:
- Performing PO creation and order issuance, working with supplier for confirmation, re-scheduling, and cancellations.
- Expediting suppliers and resolving supply issues on possible material solutions.
- Proactively manage supplier delivery plans, shipment timeliness, OTD performance and customer demands.
- Managing supplier relationships, resolving issues on supplier Invoices.
- Ensure continuity of supplies in product transfers, as needed.
- Monitoring and managing raw material inventory ensuring healthy inventory levels.
- Lead and participate in relevant meetings associate (such as Production Meeting) with assigned project.
- Working with cross-functional teams to address critical shortages, supply chain process gaps, and drive for improvements.

- Data Extraction from SAP R/3 , SAP Business Intelligence systems, ensuring PO accuracy.
- Track key performance indicators (KPI) and report out Purchasing performance; providing analysis of supply chain data to ensure KPIs are met.
- Analyzing trends/root cause/impacts of Process KPI values and communicate the insights to the stakeholders and suggest improvements.
- Willing to undertake small project management activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 5 years of purchasing or supply chain management experience.
- Experience in SAP system and proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
- Excellent Mathematical and analytical mindset with understanding of data analytic and statistical measures/techniques.
- Strong understanding of data processes, strategies, material flows and supply chain needs, able to develop actionable insight from the data gathered.
- Ability to recognize patterns and trends in large data sets and use numerical information to develop business strategies.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written to participate in business discussions, communicate insights and influence stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking skill, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with sense of urgency.
- Able to work independently towards achieving company/group objectives.
