Job Description / Key Requirements:
Role : Application: Trade Finance Technical Delivery Manager/Trade Finance Application Manager
- At least 10+ years experience in project management in banking, financial, consulting industries with proven track record.
- Must : Recent working experience in Trade Finance Application / projects as a Tech Lead / Project Lead / Team Lead
- Current working experience into end-to-end project delivery for Trade Finance applications.
- 5+ years working experience in Java, J2ee, Spring boot, API, Micro services, Web Services, Server Side OR Mobile (IOS, Android) development Or is a must
- Domain : Banking Trade Finance Application
- Working experience as a Trade Finance- Technical Delivery Manager in banking domain is mandatory for at least 2+ years.
- Must have working experience in Agile, JIRA, Confluence and Scrum.
- Should have had at least 6+ years experience in building digital applications from scratch using Java, API’s, IOS, Mobile development, Android and micro services and leading a team of 5+ developers.
- Should have prior experience in managing virtual teams in onsite/offshore model.
- Should be hands on and have the level of experience and expertise to coach and design, plan and deliver complex applications.
- Own overall delivery and drive teams velocity.
- Must have working experience in banking domain for at least 5+ years.
- Good team player and is able to exercise formal and informal ways to lead the vertical teams in achieving the common project targets.
- Excellent presentation skills and able to front with the senior stakeholders at C level.
- Passionate, diligent, and resilient individual with ability if thrive in ambiguity.
- Good to have : Previous exposure to Channels & APIs including internet banking, mobile, API and H2H knowledge will be advantages.
- Good to have PMP, Prince2, Agile certification.
Key job duties:
- Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in Trade Finance organisational units.
- Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.
- Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
