Growth Marketing Lead

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the overall growth strategy for the brand and marketing team, formulate and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.

2. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior to accurately identify target markets and develop corresponding marketing plans.

3. Manage and optimize online and offline marketing channels, ensuring effective budget usage and monitoring campaign performance.

4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, data, and operations, to ensure marketing activities align with the company’s overall business objectives.

5. Utilize data analytics tools to monitor market performance in real time, track and analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for marketing decisions. Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets, establish and monitor team KPIs.

6. Prior experience in business growth roles within blockchain exchanges or related projects, with a strong understanding of Crypto market promotion and growth strategies. Manage communication and cooperation with external partners and media to enhance brand image and industry influence.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in marketing, finance, or business administration; graduates from prestigious universities are a plus.

2. Over 5 years of experience in marketing or business growth roles, preferably with a background in leading blockchain companies (exchanges/projects, etc.).

3. Proficient in marketing channels and tools, with extensive experience in digital marketing, brand promotion, and growth strategies.

4. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify problems from data and propose effective solutions.

5. Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve goals.

6. Fluency in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
