Job Title: Technical Support Engineer / Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop long / mid-term Application Oriented Market Strategy aligned with Head of Sales & Product Marketing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to present and promote product features and benefits to customers through regular customers meetings and foster positive customer relationship.
- Monitor and resolve customer issues, assist with product setup and troubleshooting, and provide support during the product import process.
- Conduct application-level product testing, evaluation, and create technical documentation.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demostrations to both internal and external audiences
- Analyze and report on common product-related challenges, providing feedback to sales and R&D teams.
- Suggest improvements and innovative ideas to product engineers based on field experience.
- Plan and oversee the production of promotional materials and marketing campaigns, in absence of a Product Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electronic Technology or a related field, with a strong foundation in English.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in R&D or technical support; semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit principles, including analog, digital, and basic circuit design.
- Proficiency in using debugging and testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
- Experience with EDA software, PCB design tools, and Cadence simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle work pressure and willingness to travel as needed.
