· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
· Serves as a single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
· Ensures customer inquiries are answered in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
· Conducts necessary analyses to address client needs
· Communicates resolutions to clients
· Responsible in providing a professional & high quality inbound and outbound phone support on Bank’s products & services for prospective & existing Business Banking clients.
