- Assist Finance Manager in administration including filing, scanning, data entry and others
- Following up on miscellaneous payment matters.
- Issuance of payment vouchers for management’s approval and online banking payment submissions.
- Manage office duties for eg. Office stationery stock-take and ordering, obtaining quotations from vendors etc
- And other ad hoc admin matters as assigned by Finance manager
Prerequisites
- Minimum of 1-year related experience with some accounting experience will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS office especially Excel
- Attention to details, team player, good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Local or PR prefered
- FT/PT/Flexible working hours, $10 to $12 per hour
