Process Analysis and Improvement:
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data related to operations to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Credit Operations, Technology, Credit Policy, and other Risk Management teams to review and enhance current processes and policies, aiming to improve the customer journey, increase Straight-Through Processing (STP) rates, and reduce demand.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
Documentation and Training:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of credit card processes, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project goals.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all credit card processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with credit card operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree and above
- Knowledge in Payments business, especially credit cards.
- Experience in a financial institute or in the payments industry is advantageous
