Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing marketing materials, and executing marketing events. This role will also involve managing our internal CRM system and providing research and administrative support to the consulting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop and write compelling stories and articles for our website that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and refine content ideas.
Marketing Collaterals:
- Design and produce all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Ensure all marketing materials are visually appealing and consistent with our brand guidelines.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all marketing events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.
- Manage logistics, attendee communications, and post-event evaluations to ensure successful events.
CRM Management:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of our internal CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in training team members on CRM functionalities and best practices.
Research :
- Support executive candidate identification, profile development, and report preparation, while maintaining accurate candidate databases and tracking outreach efforts.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the consulting team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Support various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, marketing design, and event planning.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
