Main Objective:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, MIS you will provide IT project coordination support in HES, with extended support to other subsidiary companies as and when require.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinate and follow up on IT projects implementation.
- Assist support with ERP issues. (Training provided)
- Coordinate IT related projects on technological analysis, solutions implementation, administration, and maintenance.
- Provide project documentation, user manual and training to the project implementation.
- Regional travel as and when required.
- Actively participate and involve in appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard / incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls.
- Ensure work activities and behavior achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance to applicable legal requirements.
- In addition to these duties/responsibilities employee is required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- ERP support experience will be advantage (Training provided)
- Fast learner with willing to learn attitude
- Good communication and documentation skill
- Analytical and creative approach to problem solving (essential)
- Good writing skills in English is required for reporting to Head Office
- Able to read Chinese /speak Mandarin as he/she is required to communicate with colleagues in China
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Experience:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
