Hr Cum Admin

Aurora Catering Pte. Ltd.

Duties (HR):

  • Handle Work Pass Application, Renewals
  • Providing Support in all General Human Resource matters
  • Onboarding and Offboarding matters
  • Assist in recruitment and selection
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Other Ad Hoc HR Matters

Duties (Admin):

  • Coordinate project resources
  • Perform clerical and admin duties
  • Filing of documents and maintaining proper records in hard and/or soft copy
  • Maintenance of office supplies
  • Take care of incoming and outgoing courier packages and other deliveries
  • Other day-to-day office and business administrative needs as required

Qualifications:

  • Our ideal candidate will be a proactive, well-organized, and goal-oriented person who can work well under pressure, problem solver, and team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma holder
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including social and conflict management.
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Bilingual Mandarin preferred
