Duties (HR):
- Handle Work Pass Application, Renewals
- Providing Support in all General Human Resource matters
- Onboarding and Offboarding matters
- Assist in recruitment and selection
- Scheduling interviews
- Other Ad Hoc HR Matters
Duties (Admin):
- Coordinate project resources
- Perform clerical and admin duties
- Filing of documents and maintaining proper records in hard and/or soft copy
- Maintenance of office supplies
- Take care of incoming and outgoing courier packages and other deliveries
- Other day-to-day office and business administrative needs as required
Qualifications:
- Our ideal candidate will be a proactive, well-organized, and goal-oriented person who can work well under pressure, problem solver, and team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and Microsoft Office suite
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma holder
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including social and conflict management.
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Bilingual Mandarin preferred
