The Opportunity:
Adecco is exclusively collaborating with a multinational corporation in the freight forwarding industry to recruit a Sales Support professional. This role involves assisting the Sales team in managing key accounts by handling quotations, supporting contract negotiations, and providing updates on operational status.
- Permanent position and expansion role
- Training will be provided
- Location: Outram (transport provided)
- Working hours: Monday- Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
- Salary: up to $4500 (AWS and VB)
The Job:
- Assisting the Sales team with pricing, preparing quotes and estimates for contract negotiations, and providing support throughout the negotiation process
- Collaborate with operations and other departments to define and document standard operating procedures
- Build strong customer relationships and drive new business opportunities
- Liaise closely with their client's operations/ Customer Service departments
The Talent:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the freight forwarding industry
