Key Highlights

Key Responsibilities

  • Shortlisting, coordinating and scheduling of interviews with candidates and panel members
  • Communicating with candidates to provide necessary details and logistics for their interviews
  • Administrating written tests and reference checks
  • General office administration such as maintaining of databases (E.g. Internal job advertisement)
  • Involve in on-going initiatives and projects, events, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Min Degree. Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in interview coordination/recruitment is a plus point.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
