Summary:
- Monday to Friday work week position based in Singapore Head Office near Red Hill MRT station
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Analysis and Planning:
- Assist in planning and managing annual/ monthly sales plan.
- Preparing monthly sales status reports and analysis report of previous month’s sales
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to increase sales.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on retail performance metrics.
- Assist the marketing team on administrative work.
Operational Efficiency:
- Coordinate with team members to ensure compliance with operational guidelines and policies.
- Implement best practices in retail operations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Train current and new employees on proper customer service practices.
Store Maintenance Management:
- Assist in maintenance and renovation coordination to ensure maintenance and repairs are handled efficiently.
- Assist to maintain Point of Purchase (POP) displays to effectively promote products and drive sales.
Vendor and Landlord management:
- Building relationships and liaising with department store representatives and shopping mall Management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Negotiations with department stores and shopping malls on contracts and agreements
- Liaise with landlords and departmental stores on operational feedback and leasing matter
Handles other ad-hoc administration and operations duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient with MS Office based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
