To communicate with suppliers in overseas for reordering.
· To verify the stocks and reorder grocery and other general items of our business.
· Entry of procurement details in system and maintain stock level.
· Able to predict the products which are in demand during festival season and order with local and overseas suppliers.
· To have deep knowledge in flowers and garland making.
· Reduce wastages by analysing the market and festivals and ordering.
· Effectively negotiate with customers and to work on retention of existing customers and to be competitive in the market.
· Provide customers with assistance regarding billing issues and queries.
· Responsible for complying with company’s policies and procedures.
· To resolve all issue raised internally and externally around collection of outstanding account.
· To take responsibility for counting the goods delivered by suppliers.
· Able to work in flexible shifts, especially in receiving the goods delivered.
