Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounting operations for assigned entities, including billing, recording transactions, managing tax withholdings (if applicable), filing taxes, and preparing monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to consolidate and prepare the Group's annual and quarterly budgets, ensuring timely management reports.
- Consolidate the Group's financial statements and coordinate with external CPA for annual audits, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Monitor and manage the implementation of Global Minimum Tax, filing Country-by-Country Reports (CbCR) and related reports on time.
- Ensure all accounting records and reports are well-organized, secure, and compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- More than 13 years of experience.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- 3 years of accounting experience in Singapore.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with traits such as responsibility, discipline, reliability, and consistency.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles, Singapore corporate tax laws, and OECD Global Minimum Tax.
- Ability to approach problem-solving with an open mind, considering different perspectives and solutions.
- Keen attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex information effectively.
