Job Responsibilities:
• Process and perform system entries for AR/AP
• Generate monthly customers' statement of accounts and prepare bank reconciliations
• Prepares full set of accounts with accounting schedules
• Perform quarterly GST report
• Follow up with internal team & customers for quotation, sales order, PO, DO, invoices
• Generate monthly customers' statement of accounts and prepare bank reconciliations
• Ensure proper and systematic filling is done in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in daily operational purchasing activities which includes planning, processing and following up on purchase orders with the suppliers & assist in HR-related activities
• Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualification:
- familiar with ABSS/MYOB accounting sofware
- familiar with Microsoft word, excel, PDF (Autocad knowledge is an advantage)
- able to speak English & Mandarin
- able to work independantly
- multi tasking skill will be an advantage
