Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Partnerships Manager to help drive business growth by developing and managing partnerships aligning with our strategic goals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and passionate about relationship-building and business development.


In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and maintain relationships. No prior experience is required, as training and mentorship will be provided. However, a strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset are key to succeeding in this role.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Identify Partnership Opportunities:

- Research potential partners that align with our business objectives.

- Assist in analyzing and evaluating partnership opportunities.


2. Support in Developing Partnership Strategies:

- Assist in developing strategies for approaching and securing partnerships.

- Help implement partnership initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.


3. Build and Maintain Relationships:

- Develop strong relationships with potential and existing partners.

- Serve as a point of contact for partners, ensuring open communication.


4. Collaborate with Internal Teams:

- Work with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnerships with overall company objectives.

- Communicate partnership developments to relevant teams.


5. Monitor Partnership Performance:

- Help track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships.

- Learn to identify areas for improvement and contribute to optimizing relationships.


Job Requirements:


1. Educational Background:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent

- Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply.


2. Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and align opportunities with business goals.

- Willingness to learn negotiation techniques and partnership management.

- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


3. Personal Attributes:

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a business development role.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Strong team player with a positive attitude.

- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
