Store Manager

Aurora Catering Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality food and service.
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage restaurant equipment and report any issues for timely repairs.

2. Staff Management:

  • Recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff.
  • Schedule and assign shifts to optimize productivity.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Foster a positive working environment to boost staff morale and retention.

3. Customer Service:

  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

4. Financial Management:

  • Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions to control costs.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
  • Handle cash management, including daily deposits and reconciliation.

5. Sales and Marketing:

  • Implement marketing strategies and local promotions to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust pricing and promotions accordingly.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.

6. Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Enforce food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

7. Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on financial performance, inventory, staffing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Report to upper management on operational and financial outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Skills:

  • Leadership and team-building.
  • Financial acumen and budgeting skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and restaurant management software.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese.
