Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality food and service.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage restaurant equipment and report any issues for timely repairs.
2. Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff.
- Schedule and assign shifts to optimize productivity.
- Provide ongoing training and development to team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Foster a positive working environment to boost staff morale and retention.
3. Customer Service:
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
4. Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.
- Achieve and exceed sales and profit targets.
- Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions to control costs.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Handle cash management, including daily deposits and reconciliation.
5. Sales and Marketing:
- Implement marketing strategies and local promotions to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust pricing and promotions accordingly.

6. Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

7. Reporting:
