The individual will be required to work with the Talent Management team and support the day-to-day activities which includes Excel work, PowerPoint work, coordination for certain engagement events & support in overall deliverables & process improvement initiatives. Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support in annual talent review process providing data analytics support to monitor program effectiveness and metrics, reports to track closure & required follow-ups and any other activities related to process.
- Support in program management, coordination & logistics support for development initiatives (engagement forums, CEO challenge, onboarding, mentoring etc.)
- Support in the program management of the flagship mobility program. Supporting in the overall process rollout, candidate management, excel analytics, application & process management, regular follow-up & reporting updates.
Job Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Ideally should have 2 to 3 years of working experience in human resources.
- Must have good excel understanding & prior experience to be able to do VLOOKUP, Pivot, Excel analysis. Comfortable with large data management analytics
- Must understand the PowerPoint tool & ability to make presentation slides using PowerPoint.
- Able to manage scheduling, follow-up to close tasks, and coordination of events/activities.
- Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Should be meticulous to be able to deal with data, able to grasp the process quickly, able to multitask & deliver in time, and has a positive attitude.
