Job Responsibilities:
- Business partnering with clinical departments in providing financial insights and strategic guidance to support business decisions.
- Review proposed pricing of new and existing services about costs of these services and market comparison.
- Coordinate fee revision proposals with clinical departments and submit the requisite impact analysis reports for consideration.
- Prepare and analyse department financial reports on a timely basis.
- Support the hospital’s annual budget exercise concerning the projection of patient revenue and subvention income.
- Review net present value analysis for new investments for replacement or expansion.
- Liaise with the HQ and ministry on ad-hoc data, analysis requests, and clarification.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. CA Singapore is a plus.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the finance or accounting field, with business partnering experience.
- Proficient in using MS Excel, Data Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
