Contract Duration: 11 Months
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Monday – Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Basic Salary: $3,450 per month
Job Responsibilities:
· Design and develop content & collaterals for internal communication (e.g. eDMs, intranet banners, TikTok-style videos, staff photos) and keep internal communications platforms updated.
· Support in staff engagement activities, including planning and executing events and workshops.
· Assist in sourcing and liaising with vendors for required goods and services.
· Produce and manage pre/post-event artefacts (e.g. photos, videos, soundbites).
· Collect and report data insights to support engagement efforts.
· Support Workday administration such as course registration and follow-up for training enrolments, where required.
· Oversee and manage corporate collateral inventory, including tracking stock levels and coordinating replenishment.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines
· Proficiency in photography and videography
· Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut etc.) and event management
· Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus.
· Preferably at least 1 year of Training Administration or Organisational Development experience is preferred.
· Immediate Starters are preferred.
