ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist to update ship schedule after receiving sales order, contact agent and obtain vessel information.
- Arrange land and sea transport if necessary for goods delivery.
- Control Operation cost within the budget (Follow SOP)
- Assist to cross-check all daily Delivery Note and Customer Feedback form are completed and submitted.
- Follow all Delivery Note collection after finish the delivery
- To submit return report if any from care-off parties.
- Assist boarding officer to check with warehouse or purchaser when boarding officer on board.
- Assist to coordinator among sales, purchasers, warehouse and boarding officer to make delivery flow smooth.
- Complete other tasks assigned by Operation Manager
- Assist Boarding Officer with loading and supply on board during peak seasons.
- Enhance the sense of safety. Comply with company regulation; wear personal protective equipment such as safety helmet, working clothes, safety shoes, lifejacket if necessary.
- Initiatively communicate and cooperate with other departments equipment such as safety helmet, working clothes, safety shoes, lifejacket if necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Secondary, GCE N Level, ITE or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in marine logistic industry
- Working knowledge and experience with MS office
- Ability to operation analysis and problem solving
- Ability of fluent communication in English and bilingual in another language

- 5.5 days, able to start immediately
