Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting or Financial roles in an FMCG company
- Prior experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm and/or US MNC is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of Anaplan and BPC Consolidation is a plus.
- Strong command of English.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, Singapore FRS, and taxation rules.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for both individual and team settings.
- Ability to manage both details and the “big picture” with an adaptive, mature, and meticulous approach.
- Strong business acumen, and personable to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
