Job description:

  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, as well as manage the bookings for meeting rooms.
  • Assist the Managing Director in her administrative duties and errands.
  • Respond to public enquiries and feedback.
  • Provide word-processing support to different department on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Prepare weekly report
  • Prepare and update Awards of Works and Maintenance Work Requisitions
  • Replenish all office items
  • Update car park collections into BIOS system
  • Assist in the organization of special events
  • Collection and circulation of incoming mails, emails and faxes to relevant parties.
  • Filing and referencing record for all departments
  • Maintenance and records of all office keys
  • Maintain and update Tenants/Contractors data base
  • Update annual leave and MC record for circulation to colleagues on first day of the month
  • Any other duties as may be directed by the company from time to time

Requirements:

  • Nitec/GCE ‘O’ level
  • Min 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Word & Execel
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
