- Position : Admin Assistant (Sales Admin/Client Support)
- Location : Orchard - Near Somerset MRT
- Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3300+ 1 month completion bonus + 14 days annual leave + Medical reimbursement + 2 days Family Day
- Duration : 1 year contract - convertible or renewable
- Industry : Power Generation
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts
- Prepare sales quotations and presentations to customers and prospects
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers to build up loyalty
- Provide timeliness before and after-sales support to customers
- Compliance to administrative requirements on account management
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Sales-driven
- Highly reliable and meticulous
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
