Job Description:
- Marketing support – always laddering up towards customer satisfaction, engagement and HQ KPIs are on track
- Service and manage the Concierge desk during showroom operating hours – including ensuring all incoming visitors are directed to the relevant persons in a timely fashion
- Execute and support marketing/CRM events and activities
- Social media content and channel management
- CRM & digital media content development and management
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud management – including keeping track of HQ KPIs and ensuring accountability across the team
- Management of Aston Martin merchandise inventory
- Maintain and upkeep showroom standards
- Any other tasks assigned by your superior
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing or relevant Marketing experience
- Excellent commercial orientation and analytical skills with a creative mind
- Attention to detail, and takes initiative to optimise and innovate
- Possesses a passion for the Automotive industry and is hungry to learn
- Team player and ‘can do’ attitude
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Canva
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
Additional comments:
- Must be from luxury background in terms of job experience
- Must be agreeable to do concierge duties
