ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments in improving and optimising processes.
- Follow through and ensure effective implementation of changes to the improvement required by respective departments in solving issue identified.
- Be the neutral party in reviewing the issue and solution of improvement areas raised by respective departments in Improvement Areas System.
- Support in process documentation flows for the assigned departments.
- Run business improvement and optimisation projects to resolve business constraints, pain points and gaps to drive business competitiveness.
- Manage the overall progress of business improvement and optimisation projects.
- Be the subject matter expert for business systems (AX, RMS Cloud and etc.) and collaborate with IT to work on changes for system improvements.
WORKING REQUIREMENTS
- Supply Chain or Business Degree & above
- 0 - 2 years working experiences in ship chandelling, marine/shipping or grocery retail industry
- Good understanding on Power Apps and Power Automate will be a strong plus
- Strong verbal and writing (documentation) skills in English
- Ability to read and speak Chinese (Mainly due to close collaboration with Chinese speaking counterpart)
- Willing to learn new things from system and technological perspectives
- Have good interest in business process, process improvement and open for changes
- Good communication skills and team work
