Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and lead a team in managing daily operations, making final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction. Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor both new and existing staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities. Additionally, assist the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards with the airlines and airport authorities.


Job Requirements:


  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
  • Team player in a fast-faced environment.
  • Independent and able to multi-task
  • Able to prioritise tasks effectively to ensure most important tasks are completed on time
  • Work Week & Shift: 6 days, rotating shift
  • Location: East
  • Staff transport will be provided for candidates working beyond midnight
