Job Scope
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure
- satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.
- Negotiating contracts, the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Establish sales objectives through effective forecasting.
- Providing support, information, and guidance to customers.
- Set sales forecast, reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
- Team player and able to work under fast-paced environment.
- Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, including
- strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.
- Collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development to ensure
- customer needs are met.
- Up-keep of customers and partners/supplier’s database – updating where necessary.
- Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report as directed by the
- respective sales manager.
- Ensure all customers are handled in customer-oriented manner.

Qualifications
- Must possess at least GCE "O" / "A" / Diploma / Degree or equivalentCandidates without sales experience but with 2-3 years Project coordination experience
