Quality System Admin Executive

1. Drive quality management system and ESH compliance in our logistics department
2. Handle audit process and attend to internal & external audit inquiries
3. Participate in internal & external training to stay up to date in SS651, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
4. Oversee various daily, monthly and quarterly inspections for quality management system and EHS; work towards meeting the customer account-specific requirements
5. Prepare monthly compliance report in accordance to quality management system and EHS requirements
6. Advise Operations & Customer Service Leads personnel to ensure compliance in new customer onboarding process
7. File & upkeep all hardcopy and softcopy documents
8. Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules
9. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned

Requirements:

1. Diploma holders Business, Logistics or its equivalent qualification or possess relevant certification in Quality Management or ESH
2. Possess good knowledge in SS651, ISO9001, 14001 and 45001
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in QESH management system and auditing
4. Good communication skills and able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
