Job Description: Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager oversees all human resources functions within an organization or company. Responsibilites include educating, training, monitoring, troubuleshooting, and ensuring adherence to company HR policies across all levels of employees. Additionally, they manage the hiring, training, and dismissal processes, administer benefit programs, and collaborate with management to implement strategic HR changes. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen awareness of employee relations throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with company management to strategically plan HR initiatives aimed at improving employee efficiency and benefiting the company.
- Manage all aspects of the hiring and training processes for new employees.
- Educate employees on company policies and maintain an updated employee handbook.
- Administer and adjust benefits and health plans as necessary.
- Monitor employee progress and maintain a positive and productive company culture.
- Coordinate and oversee work activities for managers and employees
- Cultivate cross-functional relationships and ensure effective communication between managers and employees.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and assessments with employees, addressing any concerns or grievances.
- Foster a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable addressing issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Labour Laws.
Requirements
- Proficiency in handling payroll, managing government portals, timesheets, claims, company and project insurance, and general office administration.
- Comfortable working in a visible role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ethical, dependable, and experienced in mediation and conflict resolution.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Effective listener with empathy and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Leadership experience with a focus on motivating and educating department managers and employees on HR matters.
- Knowledge of company insurance policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources and Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in HR.
