We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Administrative and Human Resources Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Manage employee benefits and payroll administration
- Assist with employee relations and performance management
- Provide support with training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to human resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in administrative and human resources roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
