Job Description & Requirements
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing day to day entries, financial and statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting and annual audits. Moreover, the candidate must have corporate secretary knowledge, strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
· Handle day to day entries and complete full set of financial accounting independently
. Prepare schedules, compile and analyze financial statements
· Prepare various MAS quarterly and annual return forms
. Drafting Resolution and minutes for AGM
· Quarterly GST reporting
· Annual Corporate tax filing
. Annual Statutory Audit
. Preparing ACRA XBRL filling
· Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
. Ensure effective internal controls
· Ensure company is compliant with financial policies and procedures and MAS regulations
. Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy holders and professionally qualified accountant (CA)
· Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience
· Able to multitask and handle high volume of transactions
· Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, solution oriented individual
· positive learning attitude
· Good team player
· Hands-on with accounting software like MYOB
· Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Priority for experience in financial sector, especially in Trust companies and/or CMS license holders
