Sales Executive

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Engine System Asia Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:


1. Customer Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Maintain and update customer records and account information.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

2. Sales Coordination

  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales quotations and purchase order.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Track and manage sales orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Administrative Support

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of sales meetings and events such as seminars and exhibitions.

5. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations based on research findings to support sales strategies.



Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any Engineering related graduate.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Basic knowledge for Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and customer service orientated
  • Fast learner and results oriented
