Responsibilities:
1. Customer Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain and update customer records and account information.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
2. Sales Coordination
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales quotations and purchase order.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Track and manage sales orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of sales meetings and events such as seminars and exhibitions.
5. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide recommendations based on research findings to support sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any Engineering related graduate.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Basic knowledge for Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
